This is a 23区 Golf skirt. It has built-in shorts, so you can wear it without a petticoat. The thin material is perfect for spring and summer. I wore it a couple of times, but I stopped wearing it because I felt like the size didn't fit. I don't have any pets, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to items stored at home.
