They are hand-cut, so the lengths are not uniform, some are slightly longer or shorter than 10 cm. Please understand this. They are cut, but they are new and unused. The width is 4mm. They will be shipped in a recycled paper bag or box, cardboard, Yu-packet mini, etc.
