The condition is excellent, as it was purchased about 10 years ago but hardly used and stored away. There is no wear on the zipper bases, and it shows little signs of use. However, as indicated on the product label, it has been 11 years since its manufacture on December 2, 2014. Despite this, there is no peeling or stickiness of the coating on the back of the fabric, and the inside is in good condition. However, there is a slight unique odor. I think it will improve somewhat if you dry it thoroughly in the sun, but it is being sold as is, so please be aware of this if you are concerned.
