This is a ceramic dove whistle. When you put a little water in from the tip of the tail and blow, it makes a cute chirping sound like a small bird. I loved this sound and cherished it, but I've decided to declutter. There are no cracks or chips. I would like to pass it on to someone who will cherish it.
