Adjusted, fully functional. Good airtightness. Piston work is smooth. All slides are smooth. There is some lacquer peeling and slight dents, but there are no problems with playing. Please check the photos. Regarding accessories, a mellophone mouthpiece is difficult to obtain, so I have confirmed that a French horn mouthpiece can be substituted, and have included one. Playing has been confirmed. Comes with the original hard case.
