I didn't use it very often because I used other baby carriers as well, but there may be some age-related deterioration from storage. There are no problems with its use. I don't think I ever used the outer strap. It's in good condition. I have stored it after washing it at home. There is a little color transfer from washing on the tag of the main carrier. The cover of the instruction manual is torn and the whole thing is bent, but the important pages, such as how to wear it, are fine, so I'm including it. Please let me know if you don't need it!
