This is an Imban small plate purchased at an antique market. It has swirling patterns. It's very interesting. The designs of this era are a matter of personal preference, but I personally like many of them. Clouds and dragons are swirling. The arabesque pattern in the center is swirling. Arabesques are also swirling on the body. It's consistent, which is nice. The mark is "Kaku-Fuku" (角福). If it were "Uzu-Fuku" (渦福), it would have been perfect. It's a copperplate Imban, likely from the mid-Meiji period. There don't seem to be any noticeable large scratches or chips. Please check the images carefully.
