Purchased from a place called Peacock Oroshi Chokubai in Ethiopia (I don't remember the details). I bought these in Ethiopia 5 years ago for 2000 Birr (about under 10,000 yen at the time). I tried them on in the store and wore them for a few hours while shopping. I like the shape and the fact that they are sturdy leather shoes!
