The length is approximately 45cm, as shown in the photos. See photo 5. The waist is adjustable. I purchased this on Mercari last year and wore it 4-5 times for school events. The waist was a little loose when I bought it, but it's adjustable, so I think it can still be worn. I don't see any noticeable stains, but please understand that this is a used item and that I am a private seller. Please consider purchasing only if you understand that this item has been worn by a child. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to used items.
