This book features approximately 630 Western, Japanese, and Chinese dishes, and was a gourmet bestseller in the Meiji era. This is the 42nd edition, published in 1906. Approximately 15.3cm wide, 22.5cm long, and 3cm thick, with a total of 658 pages. This book was published approximately 119 years ago. The front and back covers show signs of aging, including yellowing, discoloration, and tears. The binding is also generally loose (repaired, but please excuse the amateur workmanship).
