This is a Nano Care facial steamer. I bought it new several years ago and used it for a while, but then stored it on a shelf for several years. After use, I dried it to prevent water from remaining in the tank. I also made sure to drain the water thoroughly from the connection between the main unit and the tank. Operation has been confirmed.
