The heel is about 4.5cm, but the insole is surprisingly gentle and comfortable, even for someone with bunions like me. The instep strap is adjustable with Velcro. You won't want to take them off once you try them. Recommended for those who haven't found shoes that work for them. Please try them on. The original box is included.
