This is a cut-and-sew dress with a tulle skirt. It has been worn only once or twice and is in beautiful condition. The skirt has a lining and is not see-through. It's super easy and cute, as you can complete your outfit just by putting it on! *The cut-and-sew part of the dress is slightly folded, but it should be fixed with ironing or washing. *There is a faint yellowish stain as shown in the fourth picture.
