This is a soup cup (chrysanthemum?) from Aisu Gama, a Hasami-yaki pottery workshop. I purchased it over 20 years ago, I believe, when I visited the workshop. I loved the delicate hand-painted design and the undulating form, and used it for about 5 years. I stopped using it and have been storing it at home, but I'm selling it to someone who will use it, as I'm decluttering. It holds a generous amount, so it's good for coffee, cafe au lait, tea, or soup. - Material: Porcelain - Size: 9.5cm diameter x 6.7cm height - Condition: There are minor scratches and fine scuffs. There is also some dirt if you look closely. Please understand that this is a used item and has been stored at home before purchasing. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these issues. I am also listing two other cups of the same shape from Aisu Gama. Bulk purchases are welcome.
