This is an off-the-shoulder blouse that can be worn on the shoulders. The tag stated that it can be worn without exposing the shoulders. (In any case, it seems better to wear an inner layer.) I bought the wrong size and, because I have sloping shoulders, I am selling it. The material allows for all-season wear depending on the inner layer. I removed the tag, but it is new. It appears to be machine washable on a delicate cycle. I will fold it compactly for shipping, so please excuse any creases. Material...Polyester (synthetic fiber) Transparency...None
