This is a highly-regarded MC cartridge, the GP922Z, from Philips, the then-world-leading electrical manufacturer in the Netherlands, which employed a direct flux system. It had a wide frequency range of 10 to 60,000 Hz, exceptional even for an MC cartridge, and produced beautiful sound reproduction. The stylus condition is good as shown in the photos, and operation is, of course, not a problem. The serial number has been obscured in the photos as some people prefer it that way.
