I bought this about three years ago and wore it about three times for special occasions. It's been dry-cleaned and is in good condition! The puffed shoulders are really cute. The neckline is V-shaped, but it doesn't look vulgar and makes you look beautiful. I'm 158cm tall, and the length covers my hips. I don't think I'll be wearing it anytime soon, so I'm selling it.
