This is a pre-war Seiun-boku (blue cloud ink). Judging by its dryness, it appears to be quite old. It seems to be a general-purpose item rather than for artwork. Marked with "Ten-in" (Heaven Seal) and "Nara Chokusho Chinzo" (Carefully preserved by Nara Chokusho) 22g 8.5 x 2.2 x 1.2 cm Unused, but with some chips.
