A: The black part changes to look mostly bronze or gold regardless of the angle. I suspect that metal powder was mixed into the colored lacquer, but the lacquer part has faded over time, and the gold appears to have been polished out. I personally think this is the depth of aging, but since it is in a different condition than new, please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned. B: In a condition close to new. I think the reason for the difference in texture between A and B is the frequency of use. This item was found while organizing my grandparents' house, so I don't know the details, but A shows signs of use, and B was stored in a box at the back of a shelf, so I think it was hardly used.
