These pants have a fleece lining and are made of denim. They have pockets on the front, back, and both sides. The waist can be adjusted with a button. There is a stain on the lower right pocket, which looks like a glue or adhesive mark. I've had them for about two years, but I've only worn them a few times, mostly when it got really cold. The fleece lining has some pilling, but there is no wear on the knees. The elastic waistband is twisted, but it doesn't affect wearability.
