I purchased this item new, but I haven't used it much. Includes a dedicated pouch and cloth. There is a slight scratch on the back of the handle, but it's small enough that it doesn't show up in the photos and is barely noticeable. There is a dedicated box for the main unit, but the outer paper box is missing. Please understand this before purchasing. ReFa 4 Carat
