This is a Patagonia Lotus design item. It's from Lotus Designs, a sister brand/separate line of Patagonia that was available for a short period from the late 90s to the early 2000s. You might occasionally find them in vintage clothing stores, but I think there aren't many of them. The fabric is ripstop. Measurements when laid flat are: length 60cm, width 55cm, sleeve length 25cm. Please note that these are amateur measurements, so there may be some slight variations.
