I purchased this item because it was listed as persimmon color (kakishibu-iro), but the color is actually a perfect salmon pink. I am selling it because I was hoping for a slightly less pink shade. The embroidery and shibori (tie-dye) are lovely, and it would be perfect for a baby's first shrine visit (omiyamairi), Shichi-Go-San (a traditional festival for children), or an entrance ceremony. The pattern links with the obi (sash) that I am also selling.
