I purchased this from Green Label Relaxing. It's very comfortable and I've used it for several years. It has a lining and has been really useful, but I'm letting it go to declutter. There are some stains. See the sixth photo. Also, there is some wear and tear around the cuffs. See the fifth photo. I will also include the lining I purchased separately. I believe it cost around 5000 yen. Having this one piece made it really useful, allowing me to wear it even when it's chilly. The size isn't written, but it fit me perfectly, so I think it's around M. I don't remember exactly, but I think it cost over 25,000 yen in total.
