I purchased this at a bookstore overseas some time ago and have kept it in storage without using it. There are no tears inside, but there is some discoloration, minor peeling, and scuffing. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about these issues. It is not a paperback. It seems that similar items are not currently sold. The entire book is written in simple English, so it may be useful for English study. I am not accepting price negotiations.
