I purchased this new and wore it once for a wedding. There are no noticeable stains or tears, but there may be some imperfections in the embroidery typical of overseas products. However, it was so cute that I didn't mind! The tulle part is also intact and beautiful! I cut off the tag at the neck, so I don't know the size. I wore it when my child was 2 years and 5 months old.
