Only one page has some coloring. I erased it, but it's not completely gone. The upper right corner is slightly bent. The top of the cover is bent. (Shown in the photos.) Otherwise, I think it's in good condition. The pages are designed to be separated one by one. It's a used item, but I hope someone will find it useful.
