The hem has been altered, and while there are no noticeable scratches or stains, there is a sense of wear from regular use, but I think they are still perfectly wearable. Made of 100% nylon, a slightly crisp material. The fabric isn't too thin, but it's not overly thick either, so it seems suitable for three seasons, excluding mid-winter.
