This is a loose-fitting dress with a stand-up collar and cute stitching on the chest. The loop for the waist tie is cut on the right side. I bought it as a "B-grade" item because of this, but it wasn't a problem for me since I usually wear it without the tie. The sleeves are a little short, maybe about 8/10 length? Please refer to the actual measurements. It can be worn in all seasons, either as a cardigan with the front buttons open, as a dress, or layered with a knit sweater.
