Details are unknown, but this is a jungle fatigue type made locally during the Vietnam War. I personally think it's a rare item, but if there are any errors in the description, I would appreciate it if military enthusiasts could point them out. I bought it directly from an American, and I was told that it was brought back by a Marine after the Vietnam War. There are no tags from tailor shops, but it has original details with a local-made feel and, in a good way, a rough sewing quality. The fabric is cotton twill. The main body appears to be unwashed, but I think it has been worn. The buttons are snap buttons, but they appear to be hand-pressed, so there are some areas with distortion. There is also a zipper on the front, and it's YKK. I think it's the same zipper used on Nam War souvenir jackets (Vietnamese jackets). It also has epaulets, giving it a 2nd type vibe. Also, it has a back yoke like the 3rd type, but with an arch-shaped design, which gives it a stylish feel. There are some areas where the fabric is rubbed, and some sewing stitches are missing, but I have kept it as is without making any repairs.
