This is a blue rain poncho (size M) from Montbell. The product number is 1128498. It comes with the storage bag shown in photo 3. I purchased this in 2017 and wore it 2 or 3 times. I think it's in relatively good condition, but it has been stored at home for a long time. There is a slight nylon odor. Please consider purchasing with the above in mind.
