When my child was a newborn, they weren't drinking milk well and were constipated (once every 3-4 days). I tried various Japanese milk formulas, but nothing seemed to improve the situation... I was at a loss. Then, I consulted with a senior couple, and they suggested, "Try this!" They gave me a can, and I tried it. The milk intake improved remarkably, and the constipation (once a day) was completely resolved. My child was small, so I wanted to increase their food intake when they were a newborn. Switching to this formula improved their milk intake, and I saw visible improvements in their weight measurements. Also, constipation made them irritable, and their bloated stomach prevented them from drinking milk, which was a problem. But, the constipation was resolved, and that problem was solved too. It might just have been a good fit for my child, but this milk really helped us. (It's a bit expensive...) We switched to a more affordable Japanese milk formula after about six months, but until then, it was a real lifesaver.
