This is a dress I bought at Avail. I've cut the tags off, but I haven't had a chance to wear it, so it's been stored at home. It has elastic in the waist, but it's soft, so it stretches a bit. It's a knee-length dress, suitable for someone shorter. It's cute worn alone or paired with tights or leggings. It doesn't have pockets, and the blouse and check parts are attached.
