This is a lightweight floral skirt made of 100% rayon for the outer fabric and 100% polyester for the lining. The back of the waist is elasticated for easy wear. I bought it new a few years ago. I've worn it several times, so there's a little pilling around the waist and some signs of wear, but there are no noticeable scratches or stains on the outer fabric, and it's relatively clean.
