Tea Ceremony Utensils: Made by Chozaemon Ohi IX Tai (Sea Bream) Incense Container, Ohi Ware This incense container is hand-molded in the shape of a sea bream, considered an auspicious fish, and is finished with a unique amber glaze and brown glaze for a lustrous appearance. This item was kept by my grandmother, who was a tea ceremony instructor for many years. There is a small, faint stain on the accompanying cloth (photo 5), but otherwise, I believe there are no noticeable scratches, stains, or chips.
