I've only worn these about 10 times, but there are stains on the toes and sides, and some damage to the heel. There is also some wear and tear. Please check the photos. There is no box, and they will be shipped in simple packaging. The color is beige, and the heel height is about 7cm. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a perfect item. m(_ _)m
