I believe this was purchased as a preparation item for a social studies field trip, but it was never used. It's designed to be worn over a school backpack. There is a name written on it, but it will be shipped without being covered up. It hasn't been used, so it's not dirt, but there appears to be a shine or sheen to it. (See photo 5) Please be aware of fold creases.
