I purchased this item in good used condition and wore it for a while. It's size 12, but it fit my size 9 finger perfectly. It's about size 9 on a ring gauge as well. The shape is slightly curved inward, so the previous seller may have adjusted it for use. I think it would be about size 11-12 if the curvature were straightened. There are some minor scratches and some dullness as I used it daily. It should be cleaned up with silver polish. It will be delivered as is.
