This is a size 5 black formal dress. I purchased it a few years ago at Aoyama, a men's clothing store. I wore it about twice, but it became too small and I couldn't wear it anymore, so I kept it in my closet at home. I am selling it now to declutter. The ribbon on the waist of the dress is removable. Both the dress and the jacket have shoulder pads. There are no frays and it is in beautiful condition.
