This is an iron jingasa (war hat) actually used in battle during the Azuchi-Momoyama to early Edo periods. It is said to be from the Saiga family, a family of the Mito domain. It is an old item, so there is rust and damage, but as it is a historical item, would anyone interested like to have it?
