It's clean, as I've only used it two or three times. There's a patch of the American flag on the side. It's from the Low Pro series, but the forehead part was deeper than I expected. I suspect there might be some variation between individual items. The size is 59.6. Since it's clean, I'll ship it in a box I made myself. I'm happy to answer any questions.
