This is a sampling CD that I relied on quite a bit for beat-making. It's mainly focused on house and Lo-Fi beats. It's been stored at home and is used, so there are some minor scratches on the case, but overall it's in very good condition and very clean. I used it for music production, but I'm selling it because I don't use it anymore. Includes a jacket with the tracklist (with notes). I'm in the middle of the biggest decluttering of my life.
