Old Tsugaru Kogin-zashi, Higashi Kogin. This is a hemp noragi (work wear) or hanten (padded short coat), featuring sashiko stitching. The hemp fabric is densely and finely stitched. The sashiko covers not only the body but also the lower part of the garment. This is a rare item, even in the local area, and is difficult to find nowadays. The length is approximately 90 cm, and the sleeve length (from the center of the back to the cuff) is 52 cm. I believe the condition is good.
