I put my hand in water and there were no leaks, so they can be used without any problems. The size is L, but I am a woman (with large hands). They seem like they could also be used by men with smaller hands. I used them in places like Izu in the winter, and they reduced the cold. I am selling them because I have reduced the frequency of my diving trips.
