This is a reversible skirt. The size is F. The waist is elastic. I bought it at nano・universe a few years ago and wore it once, then stored it. There's a tag on the black skirt side, and the white tag is sewn on, so I think it can be removed. The black tag seems to be sewn on securely. I don't think there are any noticeable stains, but since it's been stored at home, there may be oversights or fading depending on how you look at it, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection. I plan to fold it up small and ship it via Takkyubin Compact.
