This is a JILLSTUART floral frill dress. It's cool and cute. It's made of two layers of soft cotton (outer fabric and lining). The material feels somewhat sheer, but it's fine because of the two layers. 100% cotton (both lining and outer fabric), size 0 (S) with a length of 80cm. Taller people can also wear it as a mini dress or tunic. I bought this unused dress here for my daughter. It's cute, but unfortunately, it's not to her liking... I hope someone who likes it will wear it.
