This is a Rest Rose dress. It's thin, but it has a proper lining, so you can wear it on its own. Slightly high-waisted. Measurements (laid flat): Bust (underarm to underarm) 38cm, Waist 33cm, Length (from shoulder to the lace hem of the skirt) 90cm. The bust has gathers, so there's a little extra room. I've lost it, but it originally came with a black satin ribbon about 2.5cm wide for the waist. You can probably buy one at a craft store (*^^*) It was returned from the dry cleaners and has been stored for a long time, so I recommend a light home cleaning.
