It's a desk pad with a collection of plastic models from multiple manufacturers printed on both sides. Tamiya, Aoshima, Fujimi, Hasegawa, Bandai, Imai, Nitto, Arii, etc. It's almost unused, but it's from that time, so there's a sense of aging. I don't think there are any particularly noticeable defects, but please check the photos for the condition. As for the estimated shipping date, after confirming payment, I try to ship within the same day to the next day. (I use the post office, so I basically don't ship on weekends and holidays, but I will do my best to accommodate you if you are in a hurry.)
