Jacket: The edging has a soft, fringed look, so I think it can be worn casually with denim, etc. It has pockets on both sides. (Size 38) Skirt: It's a trapezoid shape that flares slightly towards the hem, and because there's no slit in the back, it can be worn elegantly. (Size 36) I think it will be useful as you can wear the top and bottom separately. I wore it twice and it's been in the closet since then.
