The theme is "light," and the off-white fabric features a linear pattern created with vertical kasuri (ikat) dyeing, transitioning from navy, deep green, matcha, and yellow from the bottom up. It is a beautiful item, worn only once. Yuki-Tsumugi is very warm, so it has been tailored with a "donuki" (unlined) construction.
